Here is what a month in the life of a Vistage member is like:
You attend a full day meeting. You have an executive coaching session, either by yourself or with 1-2 other members. You present of overview of your financials, progress on your goals, effectiveness of your direct reports and ask for feedback on specific topic. You either become on your next step or prepare to bring your topic to the full group for discussion.
In between these meetings, you have a specific question, “I need a form for executive performance management” and you email your group and receive several examples.
You want to know more about a specific member’s marketing practices and you arrange a site visit to that member’s business, spending 2-3 hours with their marketing executive. As a result, you have a clear idea on how to increase your marketing effectiveness.
