Become A Guest Blogger

Thank you for your interest in writing a guest blog on CherylMcMillan.com, My blog features resources for CEO’s, Business Owners and Senior Executives (aka the “C Suite”.)

I am looking for a few new guest bloggers to offer compelling, fresh content that relates to a CEO’s or Business Owners world, both professionally and personally.

I am looking for well-established professionals and thought leaders who have experience working directly with CEO’s and Business Owners to author great posts.

Guest Blogger Promotion

If you are accepted, I want to promote you! You will receive exposure to my audience of CEO’s/Presidents, Business Owners, and Senior Executives on my social media accounts as well as my sporadic newsletter.

Each guest author will have a page that will display (these are all required):

• 250 word bio
• your location (city, state)
• your website
• your social links
  • Social Links
  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Google+

• Your photo
  • at least 250 pixels wide.
  • Choose a photo that will look nice, once the website places it into the circle template (as shown in the attached image).

Blog Specifics

We have listed specifications for the content within each blog post.  Please keep these in mind when writing the content.

Formatting

Please email me a word document. If you have a specific image to use, please attach it to your email. If do not have an image, then I will select one from my Shutterstock account.

Photos

Because of the layout of my site, all blog posts must have a photo or image with it. I want to honor all applicable laws and respect the work of artists, so please ensure that you have a properly licensed image or photo that is at least 1170 pixels wide and landscape orientation.

Videos

Videos are accepted and encouraged. They should be posted to YouTube and/or Vimeo and available to the public.

Content Length

Each blog post should be between 300-2000 words. Feel free to include a Video in your post, or a video blog.

Frequency

I know how busy you are and appreciate your contribution. I hope that you will contribute at least 4 times a year.
