How Do I Join Vistage?
As you can imagine, fit and chemistry between members and their Vistage Chair are critical to a well-functioning peer group. My member selection process takes the time necessary to ensure that new members are a good fit and that there are no conflicts with existing members.
The Member Selection Process
Step 1: A 30 to 45-minute introductory call with me so that I can learn more about you and your company.
Step 2: You attend the morning portion of one of our monthly group meetings where you will hear one of our world class speakers and meet the members of your potential group. You may ask members about the benefits of membership and experience the camaraderie of the group.
Step 3: A 2-hour interview, similar to a monthly personal coaching session where we explore your unique opportunities and challenges, and we determine how the Vistage program can help you. By the end of the interview, I will understand what you could contribute to the group and, if there is mutual interest, I may invite you to join a group.
On average, your member selection process will take between 2 and 6 months.
