Andi is a corporate anthropologist. You may wonder, as I did, what exactly a corporate anthropologist is and does. Using the same principles of classic anthropology, corporate anthropologists use the science of observing humans to better understand them. Your customers, employees, and partners can’t always objectively tell you why they behave in certain ways, but when you view them, and your own business, with fresh eyes as an outsider, it’s possible to see overlooked opportunities.
