Simon Sinek’s presentation focused on leadership lessons based upon the biology of the human brain. He explained how four chemicals control the feeling of happiness and why that is important for employee engagement.
I also recommend Simon’s TED talk. It is the fifth most-viewed on the TED site. If you watched any of the other incredible TED’s presentations, you know that is quite an accomplishment!
